Hon Joshua Osih, the newly
elected National Chairman
of the Social Democratic
Front, SDF, party has fired his first
salvo as National Chairman. In a
communique made public on
November 19, 2023, Hon Osih
fired Barrister Adeline Djomgang
as the part’s Secretary General.
Mayor Njong Donatus, considered
an Osih crony was appointed as the
new Secretary General of the
Social Democratic Front. Many
observers see the appointment as
compensation for Njong’s support
to Hon Osih’s victory during the
National Convention.
The new SG has four Deputies.
They include the First Deputy SG –
Prof. Mary Kimbi, the second
deputy SG, Haman Paul, the third
Deputy SG, Dr Ndah Grimbald and
the Fourth Deputy SG, Ayissayou.
Hon Osih Joshua also appointed
some people into the SDF National
Advisory Council, NAC, which
has seventeen members, with him
as president. Those appointed as
members include: Teboh Aloysius,
John Chi Mancho, Atanga
Abednego, Ofon Mathias, Adeline
Djomgang, Benjamin Achu Fru,
Haoua Nadeleine, Tangne Ngeko
Emmanuel, Parnamad Ndjidda,
Saidou Mamoudou, Mokondo
Daniel, Chegwa Deborah Ndi,
Mbami Fidèle, Ndi Lucas, Ibrahim
Alhadji and Louis Marie Begne.
