About ten persons have died and others injured in Bamenyang, Ngalim Sub Division of the West Region of Cameroon. Heavily armed assailants are said to have operated from bikes opening fire, and making away with goods. Property such as shops and automobiles were also burnt. Those who died include a woman and nine men. Three soldiers were also reported wounded according to official information. Authorities in the West Region have blamed the attack on Ambazonians in the Northwest Region. The incident happened in the morning of November 21st 2023.
