Saturday September 9th 2023. Travellers, using the road along Matazem, Northwest Region of Cameroon, say they submitted to immobility this morning following a road block. Between 6 am and 7: 30 am, tens of vehicles entering the Northwest Region just like those leaving the Northwest remained stationarily queued. Calm has however returned as automobiles are now circulating. Travellers say, it took the intervention of Security elements to ensure safe movement. This incident is happening amidst a sporadic lockdown imposed by separatists.
