The Boyo Division of the Northwest Region holds the position of questor in the person of Jude Waindim within the regional executive council. The position was secured after delegates in the Regional Assembly especially those from Boyo protested that the division is not reflected in the executive bureau against the social backing that all divisions be configured in the executive body.
Professor Fru Angwafor votes at regional council elections
After an hour of consultation, readjustment was done wherein Jude Waindim, former Secretary General of the Bamenda City Council was fitted in as questor among the eight executives voted Tuesday December 22, 2020 in Bamenda during the session as of right devoted for the election of Northwest Regional Executive Council Members. The session was chaired by the oldest councillor assisted by the youngest; Fon Angwafo III 95 years old and Wendy Mumah Cheoban 24 years. Also in attendance were the Governor of the Northwest Region, Divisional Officers and ELECAM officers.

The executive council is charged with the development of the region and the implementation of the Special Status Law.
